Booking and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life doesn't always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel an appointment. A deposit of £25 will be payable when booking treatments from 13th September 2010. This is redeemable against your booking. If you wish to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will be pleased to put your deposit towards a new booking. We regret that we cannot transfer or refund deposits for treatments missed or where less than 24 hours notice is received. Please let us know if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, so we can give you the best advice on the suitability of treatments. We are unable to offer facials or massages to anyone in their first trimester.
