Should you purchase any goods from Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare that you are not entirely satisfied with or that do not achieve the desired results, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund.

In this instance, please call our Customer Care line on 01983 813999 or email cancellation@lizearle.com and we can provide you with our Freepost returns address information to enable you to return the products to us at no charge to yourself.

Our team of advisors are here between 8.30am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday. At all other times, please leave a message on our answerphone, and we will ring you back as soon as we can. You may also email us at naturallyactive@lizearle.com

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Care line on 01983 813913 during our opening hours (8.30am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by email, by emailing cancellation@lizearle.com with your name, address and order reference number.

You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please call our Customer Care line on 01983 813913 or email cancellation@lizearle.com and we can provide you with our Freepost returns address information to enable you to return the products to us at no charge to yourself.

Please return the goods to Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare, using the freepost address provided, together with the original invoice and obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare will refund you the purchase price of the goods together with any delivery charge you have paid if you are returning all of the products purchased in your order.
